'Self' and 'Self-Lessness'

Self and Selflessness- a Unity in Duality approach

Self entities do not exist in and of themselves – a Buddhist tenet. However, when the right components come together, a conventionally existing entity of a relational nature appears. 'Selflessness' implies that no ontologically independent self-entity exists. However, any existence, no matter how subtle it may be, always implies a self-reference as its experiential centre. The participants will be led towards this deep understanding through theory and practice, to partake in this the inner wisdom of ourselves, for furthering the original inner strength of being.
